What is the minimum number of each product that I have to order?
We are a wholesale vendor serving companies, agencies, and other corporate gift retail companies. We sell all our products in cases, so the number of each item in one case is the minimum number of products that you can order.
Can I get a sample before placing the order?
Yes, you can get a sample before placing the order, but you must pay for the sample. If we have the sample in our warehouse, you will be able to receive it in a few days. If we don’t have it in stock, it will take about 2-4 weeks for us to cooperate with our manufacturer to make a personal sample and ship it to you.
How long will it take to receive my order after placing the order?
It may take a few days to up to 60 days to receive your order depending on the type and number of products that you ordered. If we have the items that you ordered in our warehouse either in Texas or New Jersey, we can customize them in our workshop and ship them to you very quickly. If we don’t have them in our warehouse or if you ordered a large volume of the product, we will have to manufacture and ship them to you which will take longer.
Can I order my design with different products or styles?
Yes, our well experienced gifting specialists will work closely with you and help you design each product based on your needs. We will share the look of the designs with you and finalize them before the customization stage.

Can I request an item that is not listed?
Yes, you can request items that are not listed as long as our vendors have the capability to manufacture the items. Please contact us with unlisted products for us to inquire about.
Can I add multiple logos to my order?
Yes, you can add multiple logos to your designs, however the price may be different depending on the colors of your additional designs.
How does your gift consulting service work?

Can I pay with a check or other payment options?
We have multiple payment options besides credit/debit cards. Please contact our customer service team to get more details for a payment option that works for you.
What if I have a problem with the product that I ordered?
If you have an issue with your order please contact our customer service team and a representative will work closely with you to solve the problem.
