Yes, you can get a sample before placing the order, but you must pay for the sample. If we have the sample in our warehouse, you will be able to receive it in a few days. If we don’t have it in stock, it will take about 2-4 weeks for us to cooperate with our manufacturer to make a personal sample and ship it to you.
It may take a few days to up to 60 days to receive your order depending on the type and number of products that you ordered. If we have the items that you ordered in our warehouse either in Texas or New Jersey, we can customize them in our workshop and ship them to you very quickly. If we don’t have them in our warehouse or if you ordered a large volume of the product, we will have to manufacture and ship them to you which will take longer.
Yes, our well experienced gifting specialists will work closely with you and help you design each product based on your needs. We will share the look of the designs with you and finalize them before the customization stage.

Yes, you can request items that are not listed as long as our vendors have the capability to manufacture the items. Please contact us with unlisted products for us to inquire about.
Yes, you can add multiple logos to your designs, however the price may be different depending on the colors of your additional designs.
